Our clients come to us to help them do more with their data. They have prospect data, customer data, campaign data, response data, sales data, web data, and more, — in different formats — and in different locations. What they need is a unified data management solution. Its our job to link all these sources of data and to help them find a single source of customer truth.
Forrester introduced the term — Customer Intelligence Hub — and defined it as "a central repository that integrates data from all sources and enables real time analysis for a variety of business and marketing decisions."
SIGMA has created its very own customer intelligence hub and we call it "mi-Link."
Sounds great, doesn't it?
But what is it — really?
This is the Creative Director's definition (gotta have pictures).
I hope it helps.
